Concept of Knock-down Container
Dongchuan's knock-down containers adopt a modular design. The roof, base and four wall panels are packed separately. No need to dismantle floor and other components for relocation; the entire unit with internal fittings can be moved as a whole. It features tool-free easy assembly, which greatly cuts labor costs and material waste. The installation is quick and convenient, further reducing overall expenses. A single unit can be fully installed in just half an hour.
Powder Coating
All our knock-down containers undergo overall electrostatic powder coating. All welding joints are pre-treated before coating to extend service life and enhance appearance. We use branded matte powder paint with excellent adhesion for a superior finish.
Electrical Configuration
We adopt electrical accessories from Chint and other reputable brands. Sheathed wires are applied for higher safety, and industrial sockets are equipped to fully guarantee power usage safety. All electrical components are pre-assembled in our factory by professional electricians on dedicated production lines for reliable quality.
The main incoming wire is 6 mm², and the air conditioner wire is 4 mm² to ensure stable and convenient power supply. Sockets are installed 40 cm above the ground, complying with domestic electrical acceptance standards.
Waterproof Performance
The roof adopts a 360° interlocking cladding process with manually finished edge sealing. It is fitted with organized internal drainage, and downpipes are installed at four corner posts. The roof panel is designed with a raised middle and sloped sides, so rainwater flows to the edges and drains away through the downpipes efficiently.

我们采用的是正泰或其他品牌电配，使用护套线更加安全，而且配有工业插座，更大程度为客户考虑用电安全。电配在厂内进行组装，专业的电工流水线作业，安全性有保障。入户线6㎡，空调线4㎡，更大程度保证您的用电方便。插座离地40公分，符合住宅电配验收标准。
防水性能
顶部采用360°咬合蒙皮工艺，封边人工处理。内置有组织排水，四角柱安装有落水管，顶部蒙皮瓦中间略高，四周低，雨水顺到四周后，通过落水管排出
